Recipe Frozen Cheesecake

             This actually a Hawaiian Cheesecake, our family favourite cheesecake ever! Setiap kali birthday my family member dorang akan request cake nie..sedap dan xjemu… 🙂
The complicated about recipe ni, actually base dia kena pakai Indonesia Layer Cake..Malangnya iols sgt bz haritu xsempat nak buat layer cake. So layankan je pakai Digestive biskut…
Methodsnya amik Digestive biskut(dlm 10keping) then hancurkan. Pastu cairkan butter(150gm) tuang kt biskut..mampat2 kt dalam tray cake tu..sng sgt tao…pastu biarkn sejuk…
So topping cheese nya camne na wat..pon senang jugak…

Ingredients: 
500 gm cream cheese
180 gm sugar
500 gm whiping cream
14 gm  gelatine
56 gm cold water
8 rings pineapple (can) – dipotong dadu
Methods:
1. Pukul cream cheese and gula sampai. 
2. Masukkan whipping cream sedikit demi sedikit.
3. Masukkan gelatine yang telah dilarutkan dengan air tadi. * Cara larutkan gelatine adalah : sprinkle gelatine dalam air tadi. jgn tuang terus setempat nanti berketul. Atau yang paling mudah panaskan dalam microwave/ atas pan. Confirm larut.. kalo gelatine xlarut nnt cheesecake nampak berketul-ketul gelatine tu.
4. Masukkan nenas and pukul sebentar je.
5. Tuang adunan cheese dalam tray cake.
6. Wrapkan cake and biarkan semalaman dalam freezer. Bekukan ok.
7. Esokkan harinya boleh simpan di dalam chiller and boleh lah makan… 🙂

But then Alhamdulillah ada tempahan nasi lemak 30 pax from JKR of cos la my lovely supporter Abah tlg order…hihi..n tomorrow ada order from kwn mak na sedekah kt masjid… Alhamdulillah..rezeki kecil-kecilan je uols…

This 28 ada catering kawen kecil-kecilan kt Flora plaks… Hope everything went well…

Nasi Lemak RM1.50… 

Harini saya start menjual nasi lemak di depan kedai mak di Bus Station Bentong..

Jualan first day of cos sgt hambar cos xde org tao…huhu..walaupon agak keciwa tapi perjuangan harus diteruskan jua…ecehhh!!

Balik jual nasi lemak me wat choc moist laks… So esok ade dessert..walaupon xseswai…wiwiwi…

Next projek : cookies!!!

Alhamdulillah…First ever catering…

Hari Rabu yg lepas-lepas me dapat order dr AIG.. dorang every rabu akn kasi free food kt pekerja dorang.. Alhamdulillah..kaching la sekejap…

Tapi…
2hari 2malam xcukup tdo…day first mengukus 500pax choc moist…kul 6pagi br tdo..then bgn kul 9 siap g beli brg pulak…g beli brg n mcm2 hal dr pj to nsk selayang then mcm2 hal smpi ke Aeon big kota damansara.. rezeki tuhan chicken leg murah kt ctu..tgh promo..terus rembat 295 pcs..org pon pandang serong kt me n my hubby…

then starting memsk smpi hari esknya…non-stop..just stop for bf Fateh je..hectic gile me n my hubby..
Alhamdulillah ade pertlgn my sister n brother in law…then BIL nye friend dtg mnyelmatkan keadaan…
Setel order tp delivery agak lewat dr djanjikn..huhuhu…

Saya budak baru blaja…

Alhamdulillah harini check da cleared…mak cik kayo ke?xpon sgt…tolak modal ckp la rezeki bln nie…

How to bake a CARROT CAKE?

Hi everyone…
this is actually a video for my class assignment..i had no idea to make others interesting video, so i end up with this cooking video… hope everyone enjoy it and learn something from it..wink.wink.wink… LOL!

This is the recipe:

 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pans
 1 teaspoon baking powder
 1 teaspoon baking soda
 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt
 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 3 sticks (12 ounces) unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pans
 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 3 large eggs
 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
 1/2 cup water
 1 pound carrots (8 to 10 medium carrots), peeled and shredded on a box grater or in a food processor (about 2 3/4 cups)
 2 cups almond flakes (1 cup finely chopped for batter, 1 cup coarsely chopped for decorating sides of cake) * you can also use pecan, walnut and also add raisin depends on your favourite nut and budget!

 Cream Cheese Frosting/Butter Cream
 Refrigerate up to 1 day, covered.

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Make the cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter three 9-inch round cake pans. Line bottoms with parchment paper, and butter parchment. Dust with flour, tapping out excess. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and nutmeg.

STEP 2
Beat butter and sugars with a mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat 3 minutes. Add vanilla, water, and carrots. Beat until well combined, about 2 minutes. Reduce speed to low, and add flour mixture, then finely chopped pecans.

STEP 3
Scrape batter into prepared pans, dividing evenly. Bake, rotating pans halfway through, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let cool in pans on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Run a knife around edges of cakes to loosen, and turn out cakes onto rack. Turn right side up, and let cool completely.

STEP 4
Using a serrated knife, trim rounded top of 2 cakes. Place one trimmed cake, cut side up, on a serving platter. Spread 1 cup frosting over cake. Top with second trimmed cake, cut side down. Spread 1 cup frosting over cake. Top with remaining cake. Spread remaining frosting over top and sides. Gently press coarsely chopped pecans onto sides of cake. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
