Recipe Vanilla Cupcakes

 Ini adalah resepi untuk basic cupcakes. Vanilla cupcakes yang simple dan mudah…
Vanilla cupcake tema Frozen

Bahan-bahannya:

190gm butter
1 1/2 cups gula castor
3 cups tepung
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoons salt
4 biji telur
2 teaspoon vanilla extrac
1 1/2 cup milk

Cara-caranya:

1. Panaskan oven kepada 180 Degree Celcius. Gaulkan semua bahan kering tadi dalam satu bowl (tepung, garam and baking powder). 
2. Pukul butter dan gula hingga sebati.
 3. Masukkan telur satu per satu.
4. Masukkan tepung diselang selikan dengan susu , (permulaan dengan tepung dan berakhir dengan tepung). Pukul hingga adunan sebati.
5. Masukkan adunan ke dalam cup, 3/4 cup.
6. Bakar selama 20 minit.
7. Biarkan sejuk. Selepas itu boleh dipaipkan topping Vanilla Buttercream.

Recipe Frozen Cheesecake

             This actually a Hawaiian Cheesecake, our family favourite cheesecake ever! Setiap kali birthday my family member dorang akan request cake nie..sedap dan xjemu… 🙂
The complicated about recipe ni, actually base dia kena pakai Indonesia Layer Cake..Malangnya iols sgt bz haritu xsempat nak buat layer cake. So layankan je pakai Digestive biskut…
Methodsnya amik Digestive biskut(dlm 10keping) then hancurkan. Pastu cairkan butter(150gm) tuang kt biskut..mampat2 kt dalam tray cake tu..sng sgt tao…pastu biarkn sejuk…
So topping cheese nya camne na wat..pon senang jugak…

Ingredients: 
500 gm cream cheese
180 gm sugar
500 gm whiping cream
14 gm  gelatine
56 gm cold water
8 rings pineapple (can) – dipotong dadu
Methods:
1. Pukul cream cheese and gula sampai. 
2. Masukkan whipping cream sedikit demi sedikit.
3. Masukkan gelatine yang telah dilarutkan dengan air tadi. * Cara larutkan gelatine adalah : sprinkle gelatine dalam air tadi. jgn tuang terus setempat nanti berketul. Atau yang paling mudah panaskan dalam microwave/ atas pan. Confirm larut.. kalo gelatine xlarut nnt cheesecake nampak berketul-ketul gelatine tu.
4. Masukkan nenas and pukul sebentar je.
5. Tuang adunan cheese dalam tray cake.
6. Wrapkan cake and biarkan semalaman dalam freezer. Bekukan ok.
7. Esokkan harinya boleh simpan di dalam chiller and boleh lah makan… 🙂

Recipe for DIY Frozen Snowballs Pop
Firstly u need 
1. Marshmallow

2. Sugar sprinkles
Me beli kat bake with Yen kt Kelana Jaya.
3. Lollipop sticks
Me beli kat bake with Yen kt Kelana Jaya.

4. Sugar syrup (air gula leh color birukan
Methods:
Stick on the marshmallow to the stick. Dip in a sugar syrup then dip on sugar sprinkles.. Done! as easy as 123!
Frozen Snowballs!

By the way coloring kt sugar sprinkles tu mmg teruk sampai kalo mkn byk poo leh jadik biru…erkkk!!!

Kristoff Iceberg nie sebenarnya agar-agar or omputih panggil Jello..huhu..
So resepinya of cos la cam resepi agar-agar sirap je..
Ingredients:
1 packet agar-agar
8 cup of water
2 cup of sugar
2 pandan leaves
2tbsp blue coloring
Methods:
1. Masakkan agar-agar dengan daun pandan and gula sampai larut.
2. Masukkan pewarna.
3. Tuang dalam bekas ikut pilihan anda..kalo na tuang dalam cup kecil-kecil pon lagi comel bila served nanti..
4. Dah sejukkan boleh potong / kuarkan dari bekas…

Resepi Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak

Resepi ini adalah resepi mak.. Masak tempoyak nie mmg banyak version..ada yang pakai daun kesum, ada yang tambah daun kunyit… Yang nie confirm masakan Pahang tapi bukan area Temerloh lah kan..hihihi.. Bentong mari ok..

Bahan-bahan:

1 ekor ikan patin
15 biji cili api
3 senduk tempoyak
4 cawan air
3 batang serai
1 keping asam keping
1 inchi kunyit
Cara-caranya:
1. Ikan patin dibasuh bersih.. boleh basuh yang limau kasturi/asam jawa or juga boleh dibasuh dengan tepung..
2. Traditional way cili tadi ditumbuk lumat and ditumbuk bersama tempoyak, cam sambal tempoyak tu.. but modern way kita blender je ngn 1 cup of air tadi…
3. Pastu masuk sume bahan yang diblender/ditumbuk dalam periuk ngn serai n 3cup of air tadi..masak sampai mendidih… Sampai pekat sket pon ok then masukkan ikan and asam keping..
4. Masukkan garam and sedikit gula baru sedap mak kata…
5. Siap, boleh lah makan.. Bismillah~

Resepi Ikan Patin Steam ala Minah Koboi…

Ala minah koboi nie maksudnya sempoi abes atau pon mak slalu ckp “masak bodoh-bodoh je” …. -_-‘

Bahan:

Ikan patin la of cos.. Sila basuh dgn bersih bg menghilangkan bau hanyir/kolah yg boleh potong steam bila na mkn nnt…
**Tips nya boleh dicuci dgn air asam jawa or limau kasturi…

3 batang serai diketuk
5 cili burung diketuk
5cm halia dimayang kasar
3 ulas bawang putih dimayang
1 ulas bawang merah dimayang
3 tbsp sos tiram
1 tbsp minyak ikan
5 ulas limau kasturi di ambil jus nya sahaja
Garam secukup rasa

* Boleh juga ditambah 1 biji tomato dipotong wedges or carrot jika suka…

Cara-caranya:

1. Sediakan semua barang di atas.
2. Selepas ikan dicuci bersih gaulkan semua bahan di atas bersama ikan.
3. Steam kan ikan menggunakan pengukus atau na lagi mudah pakai pemanggang ajaib.. Kalo pakai pemanggang ajaib kena add air skit kalo tak hangus ikan tu..jadik ikan bakor pulak nnt… Masak selama 20-35 mins…

Pastu boleh la mkn…mmg mudahkan… 🙂

How to bake a CARROT CAKE?

Hi everyone…
this is actually a video for my class assignment..i had no idea to make others interesting video, so i end up with this cooking video… hope everyone enjoy it and learn something from it..wink.wink.wink… LOL!

This is the recipe:

 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pans
 1 teaspoon baking powder
 1 teaspoon baking soda
 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt
 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 3 sticks (12 ounces) unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pans
 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 3 large eggs
 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
 1/2 cup water
 1 pound carrots (8 to 10 medium carrots), peeled and shredded on a box grater or in a food processor (about 2 3/4 cups)
 2 cups almond flakes (1 cup finely chopped for batter, 1 cup coarsely chopped for decorating sides of cake) * you can also use pecan, walnut and also add raisin depends on your favourite nut and budget!

 Cream Cheese Frosting/Butter Cream
 Refrigerate up to 1 day, covered.

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Make the cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter three 9-inch round cake pans. Line bottoms with parchment paper, and butter parchment. Dust with flour, tapping out excess. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and nutmeg.

STEP 2
Beat butter and sugars with a mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat 3 minutes. Add vanilla, water, and carrots. Beat until well combined, about 2 minutes. Reduce speed to low, and add flour mixture, then finely chopped pecans.

STEP 3
Scrape batter into prepared pans, dividing evenly. Bake, rotating pans halfway through, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let cool in pans on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Run a knife around edges of cakes to loosen, and turn out cakes onto rack. Turn right side up, and let cool completely.

STEP 4
Using a serrated knife, trim rounded top of 2 cakes. Place one trimmed cake, cut side up, on a serving platter. Spread 1 cup frosting over cake. Top with second trimmed cake, cut side down. Spread 1 cup frosting over cake. Top with remaining cake. Spread remaining frosting over top and sides. Gently press coarsely chopped pecans onto sides of cake. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
